Your first direct SERIVA order is covered by our 90-Day First-Order Guarantee for 90 calendar days from confirmed delivery.
That gives you time to properly try your routine without feeling rushed. If SERIVA isn’t right for you, you can request an eligible refund within that 90-day period.
No before-and-after photos. No minimum product remaining. No phone call required.
How it works
1. Try your routine
Your 90-day guarantee period begins on the confirmed delivery date of your eligible first order. You may use the protected product normally during that time.
2. Decide within 90 days
If SERIVA isn’t right for you, submit your refund request before the guarantee period ends.
3. Request your refund
Send us your order details within the guarantee period. We’ll review your eligibility, confirm the applicable refund amount, and provide return instructions if anything needs to be sent back.
What your guarantee covers
The guarantee applies to your first purchase made directly through the official SERIVA store and may be used once per eligible customer.
For each distinct SERIVA product in that order, one opened or used unit is protected.
The protected unit may be used normally throughout the guarantee period, including being substantially or fully used.
If your first order contains more than one distinct SERIVA product, one opened unit of each distinct product may qualify.
Multi-buy orders
If you buy more than one unit of the same product, one opened or used unit is protected.
Additional identical units are refundable only if they remain unopened and unused and are returned when required.
Eligible multi-buy refunds are calculated proportionally from the applicable product or bundle price actually paid.
The examples below use SERIVA’s current offer prices:
1 Bottle — $79
One protected opened or used bottle may qualify for a $79 refund.
2 Bottles — $129

One protected opened bottle + one unopened bottle returned: $129 refund

Both bottles opened: $64.50 refund

One protected bottle refunded while the second bottle is kept: $64.50 refund
3 Bottles — $169

One protected opened bottle + two unopened bottles returned: $169 refund

One protected opened bottle + one unopened bottle returned + one bottle kept: $112.67 refund

Two bottles opened + one unopened bottle returned: $112.67 refund

Your actual eligible refund is based on the applicable price paid and will never exceed the amount originally paid for the applicable products.
How to request your refund
Email care@serivaskin.com within the guarantee period and include:

your order details; and
-
a note that you’re requesting a refund under the 90-Day First-Order Guarantee.
You do not need to provide:

before-and-after photographs;
-
proof that you followed a specific routine;

a minimum amount of product remaining; or
-
a phone call.
We may ask for a brief reason for your request so we can improve our products and customer experience.
Returns and original shipping charges
The protected opened trial unit does not normally need to be returned.
If an unopened additional unit or another eligible item must be returned, SERIVA will provide return instructions and cover the required return shipping. Please do not send products back before receiving those instructions.
Standard U.S. shipping is free on all orders, so there is no standard outbound shipping charge to refund.
Important details
The 90-Day First-Order Guarantee gives you time to evaluate SERIVA, but it is not a promise of hair growth, increased density, a specific visible or clinical result, or the same experience for every customer.
To protect the integrity of the guarantee, SERIVA may review requests involving suspected resale, duplicate accounts, repeated guarantee use, fraudulent activity, or other misuse. Requests that do not meet the guarantee conditions may be declined.

The 90-Day First-Order Guarantee operates alongside SERIVA’s Return & Refund Policy and does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
