We believe in real results, not unused returns. If you’ve tried Seriva™ and didn’t see the difference, you're still eligible for a refund — even if the product is opened.

We only refund one bottle per customer, regardless of how many you purchased.

Bundles (Buy 2 or Buy 3)
Repeat orders
We do this to protect our guarantee from abuse — and to keep offering it to genuine customers like you.
In most cases, we do not require you to return the product — especially if it’s been opened. If your order was damaged or incorrect, we may request a photo or partial return.
