We believe in real results, not unused returns. If you’ve tried Seriva™ and didn’t see the difference, you're still eligible for a refund — even if the product is opened.


To Qualify for a Refund:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • You must email us at hello@serivaskin.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief explanation of your experience (to help us improve)


🔁 1-Bottle Refund Limit (Even on Bundles)

We only refund one bottle per customer, regardless of how many you purchased.
This applies to:

  • Bundles (Buy 2 or Buy 3)

  • Repeat orders

We do this to protect our guarantee from abuse — and to keep offering it to genuine customers like you.


🔄 Return Requirements:

In most cases, we do not require you to return the product — especially if it’s been opened. If your order was damaged or incorrect, we may request a photo or partial return.


💸 Refund Processing:

  • Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method

  • It may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake


🚫 We reserve the right to decline refund requests if:

  • The request is made after 30 days

  • More than one product has been fully used

  • We detect refund policy abuse
